Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Preparing this the night before makes my morning so easy!

This mouthwatering high protein brekky only take about 5 mins to throw together the night before and you can just grab and go in the morning. I prep a few days of these in advance, just store in a mason jar in the fridge and they will last fresh up to 3 days.


Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats


Ingredients

  • 25g almonds

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • stevia to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine berries, and vanilla and mash with a fork. Add oats, cottage cheese, stevia and almond milk, stir to combine.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight), and top with chopped almonds.
